Following an award-winning career in pharmaceutical management as a senior manager for industry leaders Pfizer, Inc. and Parke-Davis, Kathy Byrd founded Upscale Professional Cleaning Services, LLC in 2007. Since that time, her organization has emerged as a leading locally-based residential and commercial cleaning company in the Metropolitan Charlotte area.
